Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "bdtbb", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the bdtbb platform accessible at bdtbb.io and all associated sub-domains and services.
• "Platform" means the bdtbb website, mobile-optimised browser interface, all games, sports betting products, payment services, customer account portal, and any other service made available at bdtbb.io.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers a bdtbb account or accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal registered account held by a Player on the bdtbb Platform.
• "Funds" means the real-money balance held in a Player's Account denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bet credits, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account under a specific promotion, subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required before withdrawals and certain account actions are permitted.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked in eligible games before it becomes eligible for withdrawal, as stated in the applicable promotion's specific terms.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the time zone in which bdtbb support operations are based and in which time-sensitive account actions are measured.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account on bdtbb, accessing the Platform, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the bdtbb service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and bdtbb with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede any prior representations, warranties, or understandings, whether oral or written.

Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

The bdtbb Platform is strictly for adults. You must be 21 years of age or older to register an Account or use any part of the Platform. bdtbb enforces this requirement through KYC verification and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all associated funds forfeited.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The bdtbb Platform is intended for players physically located in Bangladesh, including those residing in or visiting Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, Cox's Bazar, and all other cities and districts. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform complies with applicable local laws in their jurisdiction. bdtbb does not make warranties regarding the legal status of online betting in any particular jurisdiction.

3.3 Mental Capacity

You must be of sound mind and not acting under the influence of alcohol, controlled substances, or any other condition that impairs your judgment at the time of registering or placing bets. bdtbb is not responsible for bets placed while a player's decision-making capacity is impaired.

3.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on bdtbb. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.

Account Registration

4.1 Registration Information

When registering a bdtbb Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change. bdtbb reserves the right to verify any information provided and to suspend or close Accounts where information is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdtbb login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, permit any other person to access your Account, or use another person's Account. bdtbb will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to protect your credentials. You must notify bdtbb support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

4.3 Account Currency

All bdtbb Accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). All deposits, withdrawals, balances, bets, winnings, and bonus amounts are processed and displayed in BDT. No currency conversion is applied within the Platform.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bdtbb is required to verify the identity of its players before processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances. The KYC process may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence)
• Proof of address dated within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of registered bKash, Nagad, or bank account matching the Account holder's name)
• Selfie photograph or video verification as requested by the bdtbb compliance team

Until KYC verification is complete, bdtbb reserves the right to hold pending withdrawal requests. Funds held pending KYC verification are not forfeited and will be released upon successful verification. bdtbb reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance purposes. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of a request may result in account suspension.

Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Supported Payment Methods

bdtbb supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Payment method availability may change from time to time and is subject to the current list displayed on the bdtbb payment page.

6.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though your payment provider may impose its own limits.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted on a verified Account are typically processed within 24–72 hours of approval, dependent on the payment method selected. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are generally processed faster than bank transfer withdrawals. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand, public holidays, or when additional verification is required.

6.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification being completed on the Account. The payment method used for withdrawal must match the payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. bdtbb reserves the right to require that a player wager their deposit amount at least once before processing a withdrawal request, as an anti-money-laundering measure.

6.5 Transaction Fees

bdtbb does not charge players a fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, your bank) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside bdtbb's control. Players are responsible for any fees imposed by their payment providers.

Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, reload offers, cashback promotions, and seasonal promotions offered by bdtbb are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which supplement and form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms prevail for the duration of that promotion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount before any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited to your Account, after which any unconverted Bonus Funds will expire and be removed from your balance.

7.3 Game Contribution

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. As a general rule: slot games contribute 100% of each stake toward wagering; live casino table games contribute 10%; sports bets placed at minimum odds of 1.50 contribute 100%. bdtbb reserves the right to update game contribution rates at any time and will publish the current rates on the promotions page.

7.4 Bonus Abuse

bdtbb operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions constituting bonus abuse include but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, hedging bets across markets to exploit bonus terms, using automated systems to place bets, and systematically exploiting low-edge games to satisfy wagering requirements. Where bonus abuse is detected, bdtbb reserves the right to cancel all Bonus Funds, void related winnings, and permanently close the Account.

Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets are subject to acceptance by bdtbb. bdtbb reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its discretion — including bets placed at odds that were erroneously published, bets placed after an event has concluded, and bets on markets that were inadvertently opened or priced incorrectly. Bets are not binding until confirmed by a bet slip confirmation reference on the Platform.

8.2 Palpable Errors

In the event that a bet is accepted at odds or terms that are materially incorrect due to a technical or human error ("palpable error"), bdtbb reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's Account. The threshold for a palpable error is any discrepancy of 20% or more from the fair market odds at the time the bet was placed, as determined by bdtbb in its reasonable judgment.

8.3 Game Results

For casino games, the result determined by the game software and RNG at the time of play is final. For sports markets, settlement is based on the official result published by the governing body of the relevant sport or competition. In-play market settlements may be delayed pending official confirmation of results.

8.4 Maximum Winnings

bdtbb reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits per bet, per day, or per event. Current payout limits are displayed on the relevant sport or game pages. Winnings that would otherwise exceed the applicable limit will be capped at the stated maximum.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdtbb Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access the Platform, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or having knowledge of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any corrupt manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Deliberately exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes to generate profits that would not otherwise be achievable under normal operation of the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with bdtbb.
• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing legitimate payment transactions processed on the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bdtbb staff, support agents, or other players in any communication channel.
• Allowing or facilitating a person under the age of 21 to access or use your Account or the Platform.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bdtbb Platform, including but not limited to the bdtbb brand name and logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, data feeds, software, and all other materials, is the intellectual property of bdtbb or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes.

You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the bdtbb Platform without prior written consent from bdtbb. Game content provided by third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is subject to their own licensing terms in addition to these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdtbb's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bdtbb expressly excludes liability for: loss of profits; loss of winnings where a bet has been voided pursuant to these Terms; interruption of service due to maintenance, technical faults, or force majeure events; losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your Account credentials; and losses resulting from your reliance on information displayed on the Platform that contains errors bdtbb could not reasonably have prevented.

Account Suspension & Closure

12.1 Closure by Player

You may close your bdtbb Account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before closure, you may withdraw any remaining real-money Funds subject to the standard withdrawal conditions in Section 6. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

12.2 Suspension or Closure by bdtbb

bdtbb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of any provision of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering; failure to complete KYC within the required period; account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months; or any other reason bdtbb deems necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the safety of its players.

12.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant if no login activity has occurred for a period of 12 consecutive months. bdtbb may apply a monthly administrative fee of ৳200 to dormant Accounts after the 12-month inactivity period. Players will be notified by email before any dormancy fees are applied. The Account will not be closed as a result of dormancy alone, and the player may reactivate the Account at any time by logging in.

Responsible Gaming

bdtbb is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides the following tools to help players manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their Account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may set session duration reminders that will notify them when a specified period of continuous play has elapsed.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, login access is disabled and no bets may be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request permanent or extended self-exclusion from the bdtbb Platform at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and, once active, cannot be reversed for the selected exclusion period.

bdtbb collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Your data is used for account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, customer support, and — where you have opted in — promotional communications. bdtbb uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the Platform and employs industry-standard security measures to protect stored data.

Amendments to These Terms

bdtbb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bdtbb will notify registered players via email to the address on file, and/or by displaying a notice on the Platform, at least 7 days before the changes take effect — except where changes are required urgently for legal, regulatory, or security reasons, in which case they may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the bdtbb Platform after any amended Terms come into effect constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account as described in Section 12.1.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the bdtbb Platform. In the event of any dispute between you and bdtbb arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through bdtbb's internal dispute resolution process, initiated by contacting the support team at [email protected] with full details of the dispute.

bdtbb aims to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 14 business days (BST). Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, both parties agree to pursue resolution through binding arbitration rather than litigation, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
